This year was supposed to witness Microsoft's launch in the smart device market through its own game store, but the plan was postponed somewhat due to the pending issues between the company and Google currently.
Through the patent registration, Microsoft has registered a patent for a new controller similar to the famous Joy-Con from Nintendo for the Switch. The controller is attached to the mobile devices from both ends and can be removed and is expected to be the basis for Microsoft's upcoming mobile device:
