Jordan bowed out of the EA Sports FC Mobile Pro Festival after a disappointing performance on the first day of competition. The two-day tournament in South Korea saw Jordan face tough competition from Japan and Thailand in the preliminary group stage. The TruGaming Network team was in Seoul to cover the action.
In Jordan's first match, Ali Mousa faced a tough Japanese opponent. Despite a strong start, Jordan conceded a goal from a corner kick in the first half. Ali faced constant pressure from Japan and struggled to create scoring opportunities. Unfortunately, the one serious attempt in the second half was not enough, as Japan sealed the win with a long-range shot, ending the match 2-0.
In the second match, Ammar Al-Najjar dominated the game, controlling the ball and creating many chances. But disaster struck in the 90th minute when his Japanese opponent fired a wonderful shot from outside the penalty area, snatching a 1-0 win and leaving Jordan in a state of shock.
Hoping to bounce back from their previous losses, Jordan faced Thailand later in the day. Ali represented Jordan again in the first match but was unable to overcome the Thai opponent who scored a goal with individual skills in the first half. The match ended in a 1-0 win for Thailand.

Ammar's second match against Taka from Thailand was a goal-fest. Despite the great effort, Ammar eventually lost 4-2, condemning Jordan to elimination from the tournament.
With these results, the Jordanian team - the only representative in the Middle East - is out of the EA Sports FC Mobile Pro Festival, and it will no longer be possible for it to qualify for the next stage. There is no doubt that the team will seek to learn from this experience and study the reason for the loss in China and now in Korea and return stronger in the upcoming competitions, especially with the continuous support from Electronic Arts for the community in the region.
